Smith , retired Atlantic City, NJ Fire Department Captain, carries the
designation of Certified Fire & Explosion Investigator (CFEI). His
experience is far reaching for origin, cause and arson investigation,
including experience as a licensed building and fire code plan review examiner
and inspector. He also helped write NFPA 921: Guide For Fire And Explosion
Investigations, and serves on the NFPA Committee on Professional
Qualifications for Fire Investigators.
