Explosion
Investigation |
| |
| Explosion investigation involves the systematic
determination of the cause for an explosion. For an explosion to occur
there must be fuel, oxygen and an ignition source, and they must be in the
proper proportions. There is a very definite science to investigating
explosions and experience really counts here. |
| |
| The site of the explosion must be carefully documented and
excavated to locate the source of the fuel and possible ignition sources. |
| |
| We have the knowledge and experience to investigate
explosions, and have been doing it for 40 years. We regularly have
specific knowledge of fuel gas systems including natural gas residential
service, liquefied propane (LP) residential service, industrial service,
and the codes, regulations and standards which govern these systems. |

| Explosion Investigation: Kennedy on Explosions is a
leading textbook in the field of explosion investigation. Published in
1990, it is one of the only books dedicated to the specific aspects of
explosion investigation. |
